is a link to the script for Knock Knock a short film we are currently casting for. We will be looking
at those who read for and are chosen for Knock Knock for Holy War.
There is a "Holy War" going on, and its been going on for as long as humanity has had a written history
and probably well before that. It is the war that seeks to enslave humanity to authoritarian religious and
secular dogma. This site is dedicated to metaphorically poking a finger in the eye of those who favor
such dogma. Here is a link to the story that this site is named after, as well as other tales of mine you
may find amusing. "The Wailing Pool," Osama bin Eternal," "The Story of Bob" and "A Theist Tale" first
appeared on the Secular Web. The essay on Cassie ran in the local paper in 2003. The essay "I May
Have Died in Vietnam, But You can Bury Me Later" also ran in my local paper the Reno Gazette Journal a
few years ago, though this is a longer version. "What if They Sold Houses Like the True Believers Sell
Heaven" ran in The Reno News and Review May 12 2005.

I'll update the site with new essays and stories, so check back from time to time.
This is a war that will be won, if humanity finally puts these authoritarian dogmas to rest in the dustbin of
history. So I have a little fun here and give those who follow such dogmas a little heartburn, or perhaps
a finger poked in their authoritarian eye. And if you think that the Abrahamic God/religion biz will never
go away, just remember that the old gods, Odin, Baal, Zeus to name a few were put to rest and I'm sure
their true believers never thought that would happen.
